We price our Fuerteventura Apartment with families in mind and do not hike up prices
during school holidays like many do.
Price list below based on 4 people including water and electricity all linen / towels
etc....

We will require a NON REFUNDABLE £50 deposit to secure the holiday with
the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
An additional 100 Euro or £75 will be required in resort as a deposit against damage / theft
this will be returned by our agent once holiday complete with no loss or damage to the Apartment.
Our agent in Fuerteventura will be at hand to aid with any problems or queries you may have
as well as to advise.He and is wife have lived on fuerteventura for many years and are happy to help you ( we will provide
you with his contact details once booking received).

At this end we will confirm your booking in writing as soon as we receive your Booking Deposit, we will confirm your final
payment has been received and a week before you fly we will send you further Information on what to take and
what not to take as well as comprehensive directions to our costa caleta apartment ( incase you decide to
hire a car ).
